Payment Policy

Payment is due at the time of the session (before or immediately after shooting begins).

Photos will not be delivered or edited until full payment is received.

Cancellation Policy

• Please provide at least 24–48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

• Last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in:

• Limited availability for future bookings.

• A required deposit to book again.

• Repeat cancellations may require a non-refundable retainer for all future sessions.

Late Arrival Policy

• A 10–15 minute grace period is allowed.

• Sessions will still end at the scheduled time, regardless of arrival time.

• Arriving late may result in fewer photos than originally quoted.

• If you are more than 20 minutes late, the session may be considered a no-show and may require a deposit to rebook.

No-Show Policy

If you do not show up and do not communicate:

• You may be required to pay a deposit in full before booking again

• Future booking requests may be declined
